NOTICE is given to all members that the committee seeks to adapt a rule change to its constitution which gives more flexibility around the AGM date considering the recent pandemic etc.

It reads:

RULE AMENDMENT:

5.     ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS

         a) Each year there shall be an Annual General Meeting held within 90 days of the end of the financial year OR postponed via a decision made at a committee meeting in consideration of any circumstance that may affect the viability of the 90 day rule, including but not limited to covid restrictions and lockdowns etc having an effect on timetabled events and gatherings.
